Meet our team
Dr. Caleb Whitehead is a Family Medicine trained physician and lifelong local of Baldwin County. He grew up in Lillian Alabama and went to medical school in Auburn Alabama where he completed their program in Osteopathic Medicine.
His approach to medicine is one of “patient first” that is grounded in collaboration and trust. He is especially passionate about medical and patient education and believes that all patients should be as knowledgeable about their own health as possible.
As a family doctor, Dr. Whitehead works with people from all walks a life and all ages. Each patient relationship is viewed as a partnership where your health goals are just as important as the medical expertise provided. From managing chronic conditions to providing guidance on lifestyle changes, a holistic and patient-centered approach is the priority.
Whitney Phillips, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. With over 15 years of experience as a Critical Care and Rapid Response Nurse, Whitney brings a depth of clinical expertise and a calm, confident presence to our practice.
A graduate of the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of South Alabama, she is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and honored as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Whitney’s approach to care is rooted in compassion, communication, and respect. She believes in treating every patient like family—listening carefully, providing thoughtful guidance, and delivering the highest standard of care to the community she’s proud to serve.
Originally from Chattanooga, TN, Whitney recently moved to the area from North Georgia to be closer to family. She’s a dedicated wife and mother of three, and when she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys crocheting, painting, drawing, and bringing creative projects to life.
